Yes, a comprehensive evaluation is required prior to beginning services. The evaluation helps identify underlying patterns related to speech, swallowing, oral function, breathing, and oral rest posture so that therapy recommendations and goals can be individualized to your needs.
If you have a recent evaluation completed by another provider, it may be reviewed to determine whether additional assessment is necessary prior to starting treatment.

Sessions may be offered in-home or virtually based on location, scheduling availability, and client needs. Please contact me to discuss which option would be the best fit.

Speech & Function is currently a private pay practice. A superbill may be provided upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance provider.
